PHP Programmers : The candidates should have proven record in designing and developing web sites using PHP, Perl scripts. Should be acquainted with MySql design and integration of skills. Ideal candidates should have 2 years of on-hand experience on PHP and MySql and should have done a minimum of 4 sites with this technology.

ASP and .Net programmers: The candidates should be Microsoft certified programmers. Should have 4 years of experience in ASP and one year in .Net technologies. Well versed with MS SQL server db design, connectivity and integration of scripts and db. Ideal candidate will be the one who worked on 8 projects in ASP and 2 projects on .Net
